You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the website, render the website inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the website or the Content.

5Payments and Processing

We use Whop as our payment processor. By purchasing a course, you agree to Whop's applicable terms and privacy policy. Payments are subject to Whop's validation and authorization checks. We do not store or process your complete card details on our servers.

6Third-Party Content & Image Credits

Certain images and visual content displayed on our website (including registration and enrollment backgrounds) are sourced from Unsplash and other royalty-free platforms. These images remain the property of their respective creators and are used under their explicit license terms. We do not claim ownership of these stock images, and their use is for aesthetic enhancement of the Businessist platform.
